Eating My Skincare · Episode 07
Packed with fiber and skin glow, this one came together as a no-cook, no-fuss salad I make when I want something quick that's still doing real work for my skin.
Tinned sardines are underrated. They're one of the easiest ways to get omega-3s without any real effort, and paired with chickpeas for fiber, this ends up being way more filling than it looks.
I often make it without the fish and swap the lime for lemon, it works just as well as a side, in a pita, or as a snack on its own.
